The main tool of the quality policy made by the L2R company is the Integrated Business Quality And Safety Management System. The Quality Management System is based on the implemented systems applied by the internal business company rules (which will be demonstrated soon), as well on the international and local IRAQI laws.

In practice the integrated business quality and safety management system means that:

  • L2R monitor the entire production process of any product that will be imported with detailed control – starting with buying raw materials till the production of the final pharmaceutical form and packaging, transport, storage and distribution according to the high international standards. For this reason, our suppliers undergo an extensive selection procedure based on the high quality production system.
  • L2R will try to improve all of the production stages using the newest technological solutions which adapts with the local market.
  • L2R will take the full responsibility for all products by fulfilling the requirements of the local laws and commonly what applied to the American, European and international standards.
  • L2R team will continuously monitor and adapt with the needs and expectations of customers to be the market leader.
  • L2R systemically will provide for all employees a continuous program of regular training courses to ensure a constant increase in their qualifications. And consequently every employee is committed to achieve and practice the proper standards of quality in career skills and qualifications.
  • To assure the proper quality of the L2R business, the system is implemented, maintained and verified at every stage of its processing (starting with ordering of the goods, transportation, storage and distribution and ending up with the sales and customer satisfaction which will be identified in terms of Market share).
  • The system is supervised and controlled by external and internal audits and an annual inspection of the systems by the Management of the Company.

All the activities described above have the purpose of achieving a company’s service of the highest quality that satisfy the Customers.
